Application Body Converter

IMPORTANT- This service is a validation tool and the package produced cannot be imported in ePCT Filing as a new international application. Read more about ePCT Filing
    Usage:
  • Use the Upload and convert button below to select a DOCX application body file.
  • The system will then attempt to convert the document to Annex F application body XML format.
  • The results will consist of:
    • the application body XML file (along with images)
    • the application body in PDF format (rendered from the XML)
    • the application body HTML file (along with images)
    • a Clean DOCX file (document with unrecognised content removed. You may use this Clean docx in your editor to compare the recognised content with your original to revise the document and upload it again if required)
    • a conversion report
  • Click on the drop-down arrow above to access samples and templates in the 10 PCT publication languages, as well as a brief user guide.
