On 1 July 2018, the IP5 Offices launched a pilot project to test a collaborative approach to international searches under the PCT. Details can be found at http://www.wipo.int/pct/en/filing/cse.html. Each Office in its role as International Searching Authority expects to accept 100 applications into the pilot, spread over the course of two years. So far, the following number of applications have been accepted by each Office:
